Tape Dispenser

Here is a tape dispenser I am developing for a class called Emotional Design & Sustainability. The objective is to create a tape holder, clock, or liquid container that is "supernormal" - where the design is so simple that the function becomes blatantly obvious and does not require any thought. This is where im at so far. Still trying to design the cutting part.

My Apartment

I've finally gotten to the point where I love the setup of my room. Admit it, everyone loves to have their own personal space- that's what rooms are for. I like to make my room a place to sleep, a place to hang out, place to work, etc. I'm huge fan of rustic looking furniture and by all means I'm no interior designer, however, I wanted my room to represent my personality. Almost everything in my room is made by me or crafted in way where it reflects some sort of personalization. Hope you enjoy it. I would appreciate some "nice" advice, thoughts, comments, etc. !

Ice Tube VFD clock

This is what I did over spring break. I built a clock kit from ladyada.net. its a whopping $85 and it needs to be built from scratch. it was by far an awesome project! I learned a lot about circuit boards just by building this one.
